Move the rest of the icons to CSS mask

This way user can change the icon without overriding the template
itself, plus it's cleaner this way

- Tweak boosts/favorites hover animation (now same as in
[Tuba](https://tuba.geopjr.dev ))
- Switch from milliseconds to seconds for transitions
